Message From Founder's
“Successful people recognize their own talent, they develop them to skills, uses them to accomplish their goals.”
Capacity-building is the process of developing and strengthening the skills, instincts, abilities, processes and resources that an individual, communities and organizations need to survive, adapt, and thrive in a fast-changing world.
Realizing the imperative need of capacity-building skills in the minds of youth, the founder of “Q Renaissance Skill Development Consultancy” has initiated to implement the fundamental ideas of Central Board Secondary Education (CBSE) “Vocational Skill Development Courses” at the secondary & senior secondary school education. With a vision to mold students, we strongly believe such initiative needs to be supported from the grassroot level, especially to the school going children who are still unaware of their potential, which needs to unleashed.
The idea behind skill development courses is that students could acquire skills as per their area of interest, which would make them employable with a bright career of their choice. We are delighted to be part of this initiative from the CBSE board bringing the pressing need for creating awareness of Vocational skills as a viable career option for a much wider audience.
Wish all young student to pursue vocational education programs which could bring in a real difference in their lives, as well as they build self-confidence and leadership skills by allowing themselves to utilize their unique gifts and talents.

Implementing Vocational Skills Courses at Schools
How Vocational Skill Development would be implemented at Secondary & Senior Secondary Schools?
Q Renaissance skill development Consultancy is a distinctive leading provider in Vocational Skill development training solutions and human capital transformation. We help schools create an exceptional academic–industrial experience through custom learning solutions, unlock human potential to measure performance impact and create operational efficiency.
Q Renaissance skill development Consultancy has engaged with e-learning service providers as one of the preferred partners when considering building our own learning solutions. Given the size and diversity of vocational skill development modules, our organization, partnering with an experienced e-learning service provider made the most sense, since the core activity in the schools and the industrial learning team is not to build our own e-learning at scale. We believe partners such as e-learning service providers have a wider range of experience, skills, and capacity, which complements our own internal skills and knowledge of the business.
Onsite training is training delivered to all school students at its premises or another location arranged for by the Q Renaissance Skill Development Consultants. Vocational skill development courses (Industrial)- CBSE school academic linkage is a crucial mediator and modulator of skill development, adoption of knowledge, and promotion of entrepreneurship. It also aids in strengthening R&D investment via exploiting the synergies and complementarities present in scientific and technological capabilities. This, in turn, nurtures commercialization and mobility of labor in both the public and private sectors.
